           Khaliq-uz-zaman Khan, partner, graduated with LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the University of Wolverhampton Law School in 1989, and received his LL.M. degree from the University of London, School of Oriental and African Studies.  After completing the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law, London he was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn in 1991.   He is enrolled as an advocate of the High Court by the Punjab Bar Council. 

          Whilst in the United Kingdom, Mr. Khaliq-uz-zaman Khan practiced as a barrister from chambers at Middle Temple, London.  Upon his return to Pakistan in 1994, he has worked with a number of corporate and commercial law firms in Lahore and Islamabad, and has been a consultant to local and multi-national power companies.  He has been a visiting lecturer in laws at institutions in England and Pakistan, including the Punjab University Law College, the National Institute of Public Administration, the Pakistan Foreign Service Academy, and the National Institute of Banking and Finance.

          Mr. Khaliq-uz-zaman Khan specializes in corporate & commercial matters, international transactions, banking, project finance and financial services laws, privatization & regulatory laws, energy and power, telecommunication, media and information technology laws, tax laws, and litigation and commercial arbitration.
